Frankie carries out testing at several of our properties. Frankie turns up when he says he will and is very polite and courteous in all his dealings with my tenants. My tenants and I have full trust in Frankie and will happily give unsupervised access for him to carry out testing. His reports are detailed and delivered timeously, along with advice or guidance to deal with any issues that may have arisen during testing. I will continue to use Frankie and have highly recommended him to several people requiring the testing services he offers.
