Established in 2004, Steadfast Gas is a family run business, with father and son having over 30 years’ experience in North Lanarkshire Landlord Gas Safety Checks.
Centrally located, we work with letting agents and over 400 private landlords across a number of towns (see below) within North Lanarkshire offering a range of services including:
- Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12 Certificates)
- Domestic Legionella Risk Assessments
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
- Alarm Testing (Smoke, Heat & CO)
- EPC Certification
At Steadfast our emphasis is on compliance testing only, ensuring no conflict of interest for our customers.
We have also developed proprietary specialist software for all testing: once completed, all certification can be sent directly to Landlords / Letting Agents, or accessed online.
Fully automated, our software will issue reminders via text message and email 6 weeks prior to expiry date. This ensures smooth, hassle-free continuation of certification.
